You have all the power to take control of this. I always call upon God and my guides to assist me when I am faced with this but you need to learn how to protect yourself with a shield and to make it even better, learn how to bind and place a mirror shield up. Whatever is sent to you returns 100 fold or stronger. Whichever you chose. You are not sending them new problems or new curse, just bouncing their sh** right back at em'. It's sucks on their end but I understand it is certainly not fun on your end either until you can get a grasp.

If you believe in God. Use him to the fullest. You can control this, you just have to learn how to do it.
