Also, the shielding techniques I have tried so far haven't been effective, does anyone know a 100%effective shielding technique?

PS. PM me and I can try to help you from there. I've dealt with this stuff a lot. There are multiple ways you can go about it using sage, candles, incense, ect but I have a technique I use without it. I've used it for years and years. Never failed me.
