I've been in search how to communicate with my guide better. The book I was drawn to talks about how our vibrational level is lower than theirs. It takes alot for them to lower the level and takes some time for us to learn how to make ours higher so we can meet in a level to receive messages. I guess what everyone says about tuning your radio in order to get the channel to come across clearer would be the best example.

All that being said the book is called Opening to channel....How to connect with your guide....by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer.

This talks all about your guides and learning to decipher which ones are on a higher or lower level. Not sure about the whole book yet since I'm only half way through, but so far i'm impressed. Also, the book gives you step by step meditations that might be useful.
