often when I "see" and or sense the presence of Angels, I get weepy, not crying but more like my eyes leak as if the emotions are overflowing. My first experince happened after I had been practicing or some would call meditating at seeing my angel for a long time and one night while doing this, I saw energy - tiny pinpoints of light alot of them moving very rapidly but self contained in an area of space. As I was watching this, my eyes began to fill up and overflow. It was very gentle and very comforting. one of the biggest signs, especially when I am interacting with others and I have touched on a truth or something of importance, I get a tingling in my right lower leg and calf. This sign has never waivered since I began a spiritual journey.

I think after the first time when you know without doubt that you have seen or felt your angels/guides, it becomes much easier to recognize their presence and energy pattern as you would recognize a loved ones sillouette.

I have also felt, heard and had 2 visions of Jesus. humble is the only word I know that can describe what I was feeling
