Ooms, I had no preconcieved ideas when I went...I was open to seeing whatever. If you were asking what I got from my regressions...I got pastlives ranging from pre-Atlantean to a French woman (me) who died with lots of family around her. I have had several regressions just because I couldn't believe myself, therefore I dragged my sister and friends to disapprove myself ...however, I found myself very much convinced. Trust me to distrust my own experiences! lol
I don't think you need to worry about having preconcieved ideas though...just be open to what you see and go from there.
