I too have had bad headaches....

when visiting my close cousin I get bad headaches and I immediately ask,
"----- did you just have an arguement?" she would say yes, how can you tell?...

its all about the negative energy of their argument that caused my headache.

this is my sensitivity. although I do know when there is a spirit around 'cause my spirit guide "Sarah" is very close to me and protecting me (I feel chills when my guide is very close to me) this is how I know the difference.
