I went into a stranger's house once, and felt that way. My shoulders and back got really tense all of a sudden (that happens to me when I get really stressed). I don't think there was an entity there or a spirit or anything, just that it was a bad house. Like, bad things happened there and those people were not to be trusted. I felt the woman was blatantly lying to me. I felt like I had to take a shower afterwards and protect myself.
