wow lightlizard...that was an amazing story.

I am particularily interested in Lucid Dreaming - I have had a few spontaneously Lucid Dreams but would like to know more - how did you learn how to do it? Just by practice - was there a workshop that helped? Any books you can reccommend - any insite would be greatly appreciated.
