Have u ever asked ur guides to tell u why that kept happening? Mayb i always try to read too much into things, lol, it could be just that spirit messing about.. with ur heads.

they (spirit people) do these things to get our attention, i often wonder about that, why cant they just leave us a nice bunch of roses or something instead!!!

If u ever feel that sort of thing again, and are in touch with ur guides, firstly u ground urself, say a prayer for protection, guidance and blessing, tune in to ur guides and ask them to help the spirt to go on and leave the earth plane. the guides do most of the work,to be honest, they are great...

Usually u'll see light and the spirit going into the light to meet someone who loves them... u can pick up on whats being said... u might even want to send them a loving message and just send them love.

LOVE is all u need (I think the Beatles wrote that, lol)..
