I have a guide whose a chinese man and helps me with healing... he is hilarious...

I was at a Feel Good Day for nurses in a local hospital where I was doing reflexology. there were lots of practitioners there and even a clairvoyant (which made some headlines in the local paper!!)

Anyway was feeling a bit jittery with nerves and went in the loo to wash my hands before the day started and there was my guide ... dressed in a pink lycra skintight outfit singing "Celebrate Good times, come on" .... He makes me howl.... love him to bits... he is small and skinny so u can imagine what a pic he made.. ha ha... I kept thinking of that all day, and it went v well..

Laughter is the best medicine...
