I know that from a medical view, you can experience what you are describing if your blood pressure is off and you make a quick movement ...it does not necessarily have to be getting up quickly. can happen with just a quick turn of the head....it has happened to me before but hasn't happened in a while...also it does not necessarily mean that you have blood pressure problems just that it may be off kilter at that moment I think both high and low blood pressure can cause this kind of symptom.

from a spiritual view, I have experienced this when I am trying to "see" my angel but the two experiences are very different. when I "see" my angel it is more like many pin points of electricity jumping around quickly in a specific area of space
