I have been so busy for the past week, that I just realized that I haven't been in touch with "Sarah" (my spirit guide) I can't even sense her!

I have tried meditation and today I just gave up in tears!!!!

is it due to trying too hard? normally I can sense her and hear her chirpings!!!!

I need to relax :-(
