Please this story is a fraud.
Basically a tv presenter named Giorgos Aytias on his show in 2008 posted the same souns file with the story that a monk in Athos heard a chanting in a closed and empty church and recorded it, and that it was the voice of an angel.

The True Story:
It's a 1963 recording of a greek chanter, young then named Δημητριος Σουρλαντζης Dimitrios Sourlantzis.

The channel Alter which posted this irresponsibility back then is the same that aired the fabricated story of the supposed appearance of Elder Paisios to 3 monks of an Athonite monastery saying to them to inform the Igoumenos that in 3 months since then a war with Turkey would broke and that they should buy salt and flour.

The monastery issued a statement to the press then that all this was a fraud.You can't expect anything more from them, once this channel was on air ( now it's not due to economic problems) they were mainly showing only scandals and accusations about the Orthodox Church.
The mp3 file I included you is from the thread.If you hear it at about 1:50 -2:00 you'll see that the voice is the same with that in the posted video.Even the video info is updated on youtube mentioning the chanter's name ,but it's in Romanian and probably people rarely now read youtube video posts.
