An official declaration of the Orthodox Church in America on homosexuality can be found here: On Marriage, Family, Sexuality, and the Sanctity of Life.

An extensive discussion on abortion and the Church can be found here: An Orthodox View of Abortion (Amicus Curiae brief to the US Supreme Court). Not sure how you can get much more official than that.
