I would not find it peculiar that both English and Greek are used in the wording on the seal, given that Fr Ignatios' monastery is in the Holy Land, where English would be a widely-understood language. If I'm not mistaken, the Greek postal service now recognises addresses written in the Latin alphabet, as well as Greek. The bottom line of wording on the seal may well be "East Jerusalem, Israel". As for the name Agnatios, this name appears to be an Arabic variant of Ignatius/Ignatios.
