What's that book "Saint" Stalin is holding? Dialectical and Historical Materialism?

I realize these people aren't being taken very seriously, but I think this is but one illustration of the poisonous effects that occur when the Church cozies up with nationalism.

Well, in that it was communists who printed and passed out this pseudo-icon, I think this is more about nationalism trying to cozy up to the Church and not doing a very good job of it... or perhaps they were merely being satirical?
