Well, I do recall that our Lord stopped the crowd from stoning the adulterous woman. But the rest is basically mythology from the "Liberation Jesus" theology of the 70s. Our Lord was the Savior, not some mere activist. He said "blessed are the poor in spirit", "blessed are the pure in heart". He didn't say "blessed are the tough guys who confront..."
