Here is all the information that I have been able to glean.

From Fr Victor B:

My understanding from the Secretary of our First Hierarch is that the service and signing of the Act of Canonical Union will be broadcast on Russian TV, and online line on the Christ the Savior Cathedral web-site. http://www.xxc.ru/

and then
From Fr Alexander L:

The ceremonies on May 17 in the Church of Christ the Savior are
scheduled to begin at 9:15 in the morning (Moscow time) with the arrival,
meeting
and vesting of Metropolitan Laurus.

Moscow is 11 hours later than Pacific Time -- so that this would be
10:15 in the evening of Wednesday night in California.

In New York it will be at 1:15am (sorry!).

The Liturgy will probably be over by 1:00pm Moscow time, which is
2:00am in California, and 5:00am in New York.

I really hope this is enough - it's what I'll be using to try and watch.
