Dear Father David,

to be sure, is the Russian Orthodox Church outside Russia now formally an autonomous chuch, like the Japanese Orthodox Church for example? On a Wikipedia article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian...Outside_Russia it says that ROCOR is a "semi-autonomous" part of the Russian church. What does this mean?

P.S.: Do you maybe know a source where one can download the act of signing or even the whole liturgy?
