I've seen Charlton Heston, I've seen A Christmas Story, I've seen How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
We turned off our television 2 1/2 years ago. I have gotten to know my wife. I have spent more time with my dog. I have woken up on Sunday mornings and actually gone to Church.
I know many seniors can not read well anymore, or go out or do much else than lay in bed. How depressing for the TV to be the only source of brain stimulation. I certainly have no answers, but surely there has to be a better one for them.
What? Get outside
my
comfort zone and visit an old folks home tonight or tomorrow? hummm?
Christ is Born! Glorify Him!
