You are smarter than they say you are, cos what's the point of having loads of cash stowed away but the husband is not sincere or there is no communication.

Anyway I always believe if both partners love each other and are willing to work hard and according to right values, even if they do not have the biggest house to start off with, with their loving cooperation with each other, sooner or later they can earn it.
