Are you referring to a Production Company. I have done part-time at a production company that organises large scale parties, concerts, performances, etc. So I'm rather familiar with various lighting and sound equipment like the X-Spot, Bar-cam, Photoshot, Morphet, Studio Beam, ETC, PS-15, EV, etc.
