All I know, David, is that a great many Thai people work for less than the minimum wage -even when the economy is booming -as the legislation is seldom-if ever -enforced, and to complain is to get fired.
But must state this knowledge is from news articles etc. and not from practical experience of knowing someone that has been affected.
