Well I don’t know if he is a farang keeniew or not.
As long as he’s not breaking the minimum wage law, I see nothing wrong with it.
If she thinks it’s too low for her, then she should find somewhere else for employment.

Just because he’s a farang, doesn’t mean he’s obligated to pay more than any thai employers of similar business. It’s called having a good business sense. And I’m sure he’s not forcing her to work there for that wage. Of course as a waitress, there is more money to be made from customer’s tipping also.

That is how I see it.
