In the U.S., travel companies tout special clothing for hot climates, with vents discreetly placed in the back of a shirt or magical fibers to wick sweat away from your body. But actually I think the more traditional stiffly starched thin cotton shirt might be more comfortable. At least you'll look cool.

(Maybe I'll try the shaving next time, although I get nervous about not matching my passport photo...)
