one thing you really have to be careful with when wearing sunglasses: it has to have real UV protection. if your sunglasses are dark, it doesn't mean that they are automatically protecting your eyes from UV. on the contrary, the dark lenses mean that your pupils will dilate more, letting in even more harmful rays. personally, I would avoid cheap sunglasses from the market and only buy from a proper shop.
