Thailand is having a huge problem with uncontrollable children both male and female.

Many countries have the same or a similar problem too and mostly with kids who lives in cities.

I think no one gets the blame other than their parents.

Children are like a white page you can write anything you like, whatever you teach them will reflect later on.
