I went to a McDonalds in Wales today and I think that our regional variation is that the coffee is actually used washing up water... Disgusting. And they put my fries and coffee out on a tray for nearly 20 minutes whilst my fishburger (aka Fillet 'O' Fish) was prepared. They call it fast food and then make you wait 20 minutes...
