I have to take medication with me whenever I travel but since losing my bags on a flight to Rio will not put them in checked baggage. I would advise you do the same.

As to carrying sringesairlines will normaly allow you to carry them if you have a doctors letter but some airlines insist on storing them securely until needed.

Carrying the information written in Thai is essential as Syn told you.
