ARIES (March 21 - April 19): Headache, migraines, colds and sinus are common health problems among Aries. Drink a lot of carrot juice and camomile herbal tea, both of which will save you trouble.

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20): Beware of a sore throat, neck strain, problematic metabolism and poor thyroid glands. To keep fit, eat a lot of fish and get a soft massage under your ears!

GEMINI (May 21 - June 22): Your wrists are quite vulnerable, so make sure you rest them when working in front of a computer screen. As insomnia can devastate your health, always avoid energy drinks. Regular exercise and pure, fresh air are a must to reduce the risk of getting respiratory disease.

CANCER (June 23 - July 22): Watch what you eat, because gastrointestinal diseases are likely. A regular consumption of vitamins and supplementary diets can be really good |for your health.

LEO (July 23 - August 22): Because you stubbornly do everything by yourself, you often end up with back pain. Other health risks include hypertension, heart disease and thrombosis. Avoid high-cholesterol foods and your health will improve.

VIRGO (August 23 - September 20): If sleepless nights upset you, take a bath with very warm water before you go to bed, and refrain from eating a heavy meal after 4pm. You are also advised to closely monitor the health of your stomach.

LIBRA (September 21 - October 22): You need to take care of your kidneys by drinking between six and eight glasses of water each day, and also by eating a lot of green and yellow fruit. Pay special attention to facial care, and you will be able to say goodbye to pimples.

SCORPIO (October 23 - November 22): Revise your eating habits; stop unnecessarily suppressing the urge to pass a stool, or else constipation and haemorrhoids will haunt you.

SAGITTARIUS (November 23 - December 20): Stop drinking to avoid cirrhosis and alcoholism. Sagittarians also have a high risk of getting gallstones. For the sake of your health, eat good food and swallow vitamins.

CAPRICORN (December 21 - January 19): By the time you approach midlife, bone and joint diseases will likely emerge. It would be best if you do a regular workout before you turn 35. Healthy food and yoga are also highly recommended.

AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18): You should get a leg massage on a daily basis, especially from your knees down. Sprained or swollen ankles, as well as varicose veins, are common among Aquarians.

PISCES (February 19 - March 20): Weak lymph nodes, dizziness and exhaustion may often hit you. Herbal drinks, tonics and iron should counter these problems.
