In all parts of the country, North, West, East, South, I have come across many small children. On inquiry, moms say - 'no, papa' - divorced, separated or father not known. I tell the mom -'Give him to me'. Mom says a firm 'no'. This probably is a social problem in the country.

I am still toying with the idea of adopting one of such children.
