I laud your effort, talent and willingness to translate the above. You're very impressive!
However, the content of the poem ( was it a really a poem?) did not make much sense to me, even after reading it over and over. (But of course , that's not your fault and please take note that I am not blaming you!) Exactly what was the message there if you can explain it to me?

Thank you! Anyway, I don't think its a poem at all. More like comparing the difference between an ex-boyfriend/ex-girlfriend and your current boyfriend/girlfriend. And if you're r/s stories slightly depicts these sayings, it means you're still thinking about your ex bf or gf.
