Once when I was walking down Khoa San Road I was pulled aside by a man in a turban who said he could tell me my future. He said he was a Yogi from India. Being sceptical yet curious I sat down with him to hear what he had to say. I was shocked actually. This man knew things, benign things that he couldn't possibly know. Stuff like my mothers birthdate, the number of siblings I have, my birthdate, the names of who i was in love with (at the time I was torn between 2 people). I never told him anything personal about me, he just started talking. After he told me all of what I just mentioned, he asked for money to tell my future. I got very leery of him at that point but my curiosity took over. I gave up about 2000 baht and he told me some interesting things, all but one of which has come true (the things that he predicted for this past year). I am wondering if anyone else has had this experience or has seen this man on Khoa San Road? I have returned many times but never saw him again.
