Thanks Mr. Mat for speaking truth...I know that most or lot of Asiatics (and other nationalities) in U.S. would rather stick together as much as possible, some are more "clanish" than others-like Koreans-..And I know some people who were living in U.S. for decades, and did not WANT to learn English language, and if you would ask them when is Columbus Day?...I doubt they could answer it?...My Nooch does know some U.S. holidays like-Christmass, Thanksgiving, New Years, and Halloween, because in the school where she works it is celebrated, school being administered by Americans. And I knew about Songkran, about King`s birthsday, the Coronation Day, Constitution Day, in Thailand, but I just was not sure about Loy Kratong-what is it exactly about?..because my life does not depend on knowing it..Thanks again for your comment.
