Okay, so my Aunt is having a new baby (girl), & she has decided to name her 'Tasika' (after a lakorn character

) and wants her nickname to be 'Kwan'. Now, even though she's Thai, she knows probably nothing at all about Thai, and she was wondering what the two names meant in Thai.

And I was wondering - do Thai last names have a meaning?
