There are more than seventy Thai temples in the USA. This really tells us that there are quite a few Thai people living in this country.

Songkran and Loy Krathong festivals are normally celebrated at the Thai temple. Most temples will clebrate Songkran for two days. On Saturday evening they have food bazaar and entertainment on stage. It is traditional to have Miss Songkran pageant.

This year my friend, AbleGator, was asked to be a judge for the beauty pageant. Gator was so excited and he felt it was a great honor. The contest started at 7:00 p.m.

Gator loves Thailand and Thai food. He can even cook Thai food. We join the festival together every year.
