I would have taken the survey sooner, but I am not familiar with some questioned subjects there,...so I will answer only those that I understand and can opine on..

1) =8---2)= 8 (those I have seen)---3)= 7 -----4)=5 (tropical heat can get boring)----5)=

(did not ride much public transportation, taxis & friends cars)----6)=

)...Food cathegory?

..Not familiar with those names, and could not put appropriate foods to them. Some thai foods are good, and some are "much GOODER"
