Don't really understand the question, and I'm no expert, and I live in Ireland.

But, from what I have experienced, on Two Visits.

My family, live in a small village surrounded by Highways in Pathumthani.(north of BKK)
There is a Temple and shops, and... a Playground for Children.
There are lots of Festivals, and the Village organise appropriate activities for these Festivals.
Every week (bit of an exageration

) there is an Ordination, and Party to go with it.

When they go on a trip, two or three times a Year, (its always, Children, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts; at least 15 people or more) its to The Beach, and they stay a night or two, and bring everything with them, including "The Kitchen Sink."

"Future Park" Rangsit, is near, and the teenagers go here, like any other teenagers in the World going to "The Mall"

I'm sure there are others who Live in Thailand, who can give a better Answer.
