Yes, you are right about the cows milk, as dieticians on other webs I am on warn against drinking too much cows milk, for same reasons you mentioned, tough milk does meke for stronger bones, but it was meant for calves to drink and designed for calves` bones development...Actualy most diet/nutrition experts would advise against drinking any cow milk at all, nor eating any dairy products...If you can ressist nibble of good cheeze now and then
