Why don't they have traffic police with motorcycles or cars with RED and BLUE lights and sirens that cruise the hyways and issue tickets for illegal and dangerous law violations such as speeding, crossing over a double solid line, driving thru safety zones, illegal light combinations and colors in place on autos, speeding, Travel the wrong way in traffic lanes, and any number of things, they could educate the drivers in just a short time to learn and obey written law and also enrich the Treasury and pay for the cars and cycles used in traffic control Plus their own wages, that is if they were not so corrupt and crooked and turned the violation fines in.

But first they would have to teach them to pay attention to flashing Red and Blue light and sirens and yield way to emergency vehixcles instead of trying to run them off of the roads.
