However many Dunkin Donuts and Mcdonald's there are, i don't think most Thais eat in them regularly - you can buy street food three times over for the cost of a Big Mac Meal.
I eat Mcdonald's about once a month, probably more than most Thais, and I'm not a fat b*****d.
