I believe the survey is somewhat superficial. Although I’m not keen of using the word self-actualization, however, before any of us can find true happiness, we must understand what is the most important thing in our life first. By the time we reach the self - actualization state then I believe we become secure of who we are. In other word, we can never truly find happiness unless we are happy with ourselves first.
