Bus speeds really vary between different drivers. If you think the driver is unsafe, get off! Wait 5 minutes and take the next one.

Minibus drivers are not about to change their driving style because one person doesn't like it.

Even if you ask politely, you would be very lucky to get the driver to drive any slower.
