A heat wave day in London is an average day in Bangkok.
no way, right now in london it is very hot and we just don't have the infratrature to deal with it.

no celing fans, a/c buses, buses with decent size windows, a/c in a lot of shops is not very good etc etc

i haven't been on the subway in bangkok yet but i don't think it can be as hot as the tube in london, if this weather carries on i will not be surprised if someone dies on it.

i only wish i was in bangkok
