Houses have about the same value or percieved value based on location nearly anywhere. You can own (following law needs some understanding if you are not citizen) a home for anywhere from THB500,000- whatever you would like to spend. Some homes in CM can easily go above THB16,000,000.

Business I would have no guess at all.
