How about going to a hospital? I'm not sure if they could afford to pay you, but if you go as a volunteer I assume you won't take money?
I'm sure the children in hospitals would be delighted... and also their families around who are looking after them. Of course you'd have to arrange everything ahead of time, but I think it would work. Maybe someone here knows a particular hospital where you could perform.
