2) Can the melody of these 2 Anthems be found in the internet ?
(1) Thai National Anthem
is usually played twice a day at 8.00 (in the morning) and 18.00 (in the evening). You will heard it on radio and tv and from many government work places, school and police stations.
You will find the lyrics & listen to the song here.

(2) King Anthem is played when HM the king or HM the queen arrived and leaved. The song also played at the beginning of the play such as in Theatre and Cinema.
You can listen to the song (with the lyrics) here.

(3) There are also another important song called
สดุดีมหาราชา, I don't know its English name but the song is usually played or sung along with above 2 songs. For example, in school, in the morning after national anthem and pray, they usually sings this song.
You can listen to this song here (scroll down the bottom to see its lyrics)

And as for to stand-up and give respect, I agreed with everyone already said, you should be respectful to all the songs above, with respect to your circumstances and situation, and if you don't know what to do, look around
