I do know tho that at that minute that my US ATM card shows a drop and the Thai ATM shows an increase and there never is a charge and my online bank shows the transaction on my bank balance, but it sure works for me

it is the same as me writing a check as far as my bank is concerned, as it don't say DEBIT CARD,,it says CHECK CARD, now maybe that got something to do woth it.
