There seems to be something that you think is different from regular gasoline, they add the 10% ethanol to pump gas to save the 10% from imported oil.Thats Gas-a-hol..

If you are talking about compressed Natural Gas then there is a great difference and would take a different carburation system from a liquid fuel and I have heard that the BKK taxis are using the gas and it is called NGV or something like that,In America it is CNG.. your engine will run it but you will have to have a different tank and regulator system and maybe the standard gas tank incase you can't get it.
That takes a dual-fuel system in place of your standard injection system, and they do make such a system.
Let me know exactly what you are talking about and I will check into it for you..But Gas a hol is no different basically than pump gas.
