But Peter, those are not standard everyday Thai homes, in fact you very seldom see anything like them in travels around the country, You will see a lot more one room or no room field houses than you will see anything like those.

I understand that, that is why I said middle and upper levels of the real estate market. Maybe I should have added that segment of the market represents only 15/20% perhaps of the total market.

The thing the site does, is to show, for that segment of the market, the 2 primary types of construction, wood and concrete/block along with the square footage/meterage which is what Brainychick3 originally asked for.
